Personalized Instruction

Our instruction programs are highly individualized. We do an extensive evaluation process with a personal interview begins after your initial practice and warm-up. This gives us an opportunity to determine how close your perception is to what is the true nature of your swing action.

We will then spend a few minutes determining your goals and planning a strategy for you to achieve them. Your golfing experience plays a critical role in the strategy planning.

Learning the process of fundamental self-coaching

Then we put together a plan specifically tailored to help you reach your personal goals and outline an instruction program for you while you are at the Toski-Battersby Learning Center.

We get right to work. The sessions with your instructor will simply be rehearsals of how you will spend time on your own. It is a rehearsal performance of your practice sessions when you are alone.

This is the way to fundamental self coaching.

"Will the instruction be tailored to meet my needs?"

We will conduct a personal interview prior to you ever attending our School. We truly want to determine if you are a candidate for this program.

Naturally there is a structure to our program, a sequence of progress so to speak. That is based on the physics of the golf club. What we have done is taken the next step in communicating a fundamental program to you. We take into consideration your uniqueness, (size strength flexibility, athletic experience, etc.) Then we create a personal program that will serve you best and allow you to continue to recapture the most balanced swing action time and time again, on your own. You will be learning to coach yourself as we work together.

This program is most noted for avoiding conflict in both the inner game (Psyche) and the outer-game (Physical). When you are developing awareness you don't need to take two steps forward and one back , you can just keep moving forward. This is how you can learn to have tremendous confidence in your own ability to make great golf shots.
